Bec, Thank you for taking the time to give your experienced advice. I really enjoy reading your website. I am inspired and motivated by your "Out of The Oven" advice. I like the part about "delegate but be involved". How often I assume that my children "know" how to do the chores I give them. Also, thank you for the Scripture verses that apply.
